Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your items ships, you will receive a tracking notification via email within 24 hours.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.

A physical address must be provided for shipment. No P.O. boxes.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vickie's Creation is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs and taxes, etc.)

Domestic shipping can take 5-8 days.

We only ship to US and Canada currently.

 

We are not responsible for any carries delayed services. Holiday season are a busy time for everyone, including carriers services. If you think your package may be lost, please contact us so we can assist.

 If pre-made items and custom items are ordered at the same time, all items will ship together at the later ship date. If you would like your pre-made item sooner, please contact us at vickiescreation@yahoo.com so we can discuss shipping your items separately at an additional cost.
